Scheduling classes can be difficult, we understand that life can get in the way and things come up during the time period between registration and the start of class. Because of this, we try to be as generous as possible with refunds for deposits on classes. At the same time, it can be very difficult to fill vacated slots on short notice because of the time it takes for students to make reservations, travel plans, and other arrangements in order to attend our classes. To try and accommodate both the student and Sniper Central, our refund policy is as follows:
- If the student cancels attending a class further than 30 days out, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations closer than 30 days to the start of class.
- Be sure to let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel your slot, even if it is within the 30 days. We may be able to fill your slot on short notice and may be able to issue the refund.
