These are brand new Bell and Carlson M40 take off stocks from Remington 700 Long Range rifles. This is a light tactical rifle stock patterned loosely on the original USMC M40 rifle stock. It is from the B&C medalist line which includes a full length aluminum bedding block that is CNC machined for a perfect fit to the action, and added strength and accuracy. They have never been fired and are for long action Remington 700’s with a BDL/SPS floorplate (.30-06, 7mm Rem Mag, 25-06, 300 Remington Ultra Mag and 300 Win Mag). The barrel channel is inletted for the Remington heavy barrel profile. A sporter barrel will work, but there will be a large space between the stock and the barrel. They are finished in dark grey with light grey webbing, and there are also three swivel studs, one in the rear and two up front to mount a sling and bipod.
